    Instructor: Chef Andrew Talamo Cooking with Chef Andrew is a beginning to advanced series of cooking classes perfect for cooks who are just starting out or would like to refresh their fundamentals. Every class will feature discussion, demonstrations, and hands-on-learning while exploring a wide variety of culinary concepts. You will learn, create, & enjoy a new menu each week while practicing the techniques & knowledge that have been presented. A class materials fee of $30 cash is due to the instructor at the first class.

Our imagination can invent places of beauty and serenity, express happiness, anger or discontent, even display our nightmares. We can turn what you see and imagine into works of art, using basic drawing techniques. We will draw people and places that you see or invent. Cartooning is another way to express ourselves. We will work on these projects together, step by step, to make wonderful, wild and beautiful pictures! Tools will include pencils, pen and ink, watercolors, and we will experiment with computer art.     Instructor: Catherine Botta Always wanted to learn crochet? Need a refresher in beginning skills? Now is the perfect time! In this introductory class, you'll learn basic stitches and simple patterns to create beautiful, hand-made gifts for family, friends and yourself! Come to the first class with some light-colored acrylic yarn with a weight of "4" listed on the yarn label as well as a 5mm crochet hook and a small pair of scissors.
