Spring Regents/Final Assessment Review Program
Instructor: Lisa R. Valente, Makofsky Law Group, PC
This course will review how to plan for long-term care and protect assets. Topics such as Medicaid, Medicare and long-term care insurance will be discussed. The Health Care Proxy, durable powers of attorney, revocable trusts and guardianship procedures will also be discussed. This will be a hands-on workshop with opportunity to see sample documents.
