Spring Regents/Final Assessment Review Program

This course will provide an overview of estate and disability planning including the different methods of leaving an inheritance to others and the advantages and disadvantages of such methods. Estate taxation, Probate and estate administration will all be addressed. Students should be able to determine which estate planning techniques works best for them.
