Mediterranean Cooking ClassInstructor: Regina Anderson, HHC and Chef The Mediterranean diet is a very healthy, delicious diet to enjoy. It's a diet of whole foods, veggies, fruits, grains and beans for optimal health and longevity. We will be making ratatouille braised fennel cabbage apple, Tuscan Bean salad and Mediterranean Citrus Dessert. All recipes are organic, gluten and dairy free. Additional $5 fee to cover the cost of food, to the instructor on the night of the course.
