Every parent wants to make sure their children are taken care of and protected for the future. Children with special needs often face additional challenges that need to be considered and addressed. Proper planning is of the utmost importance in these circumstances. In this course we will discuss establishing a guardianship, Supplemental Needs Trusts, ABLE accounts, and/or transition planning.
